CondoCatch may at any time revise these site terms of use by updating this posting. All users of this site are bound by the Site Terms of Use as amended from time-to-time and therefore should periodically visit this page to review any changes.

CondoCatch provides users with access to the Site and the services available on the Site and other third-party websites as described below (“Website Facilities”). Use of the Website Facilities is governed exclusively and entirely by these Site Terms of Use. The Website Facilities are use of the CondoCatch website and any third-party websites or applications either as a link or application that such third parties provide. Provision of these Website Facilities is not an offer to sell condominiums on any specific terms or that any third party will sell their condominiums or goods or services on any specific terms.

Copyright And License

The Website Facilities and all materials, data, images, floorplans and other contents are protected by copyright law and are owned by CondoCatch or the advertisers, developers, owners, real estate agents or brokers (“Advertisers”) who have supplied the same.

The user agrees to abide by all copyright laws and restrictions with respect to the content of the CondoCatch site including but not limited to all material, data, images, floor plans or other contents where CondoCatch or others hold the copyright.

All information, images, diagrams and data provided on the website is for the personal, sole and private non-commercial use for the user and not available for redistribution, retransmission or copying. The user may not use or sell the website data for any purpose other than for the purpose of attempting to evaluate the condominiums or goods or services for sale, lease or otherwise.

Consumers and third parties may not under any circumstance use technology to display the content of CondoCatch’s web sites in a frame or in any other manner that is different from how it would appear if a user typed the URL into the browser line. The link must result in a new, fully functional, full screen browser window occupied solely by the pages created by the CondoCatch website.

Links To Other Sites

The Website Facilities contain links to third-party Web sites. These third-party sites are not under the control of CondoCatch. We are providing these links to you as a convenience. You should make such inquiries and seek such professional advice or other advice as you consider necessary or appropriate before proceeding with contractual arrangements with any of these third parties.

CondoCatch is not a publisher of content supplied by third parties on the Website Facilities. Accordingly, CondoCatch has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by Advertisers are those of the respective authors and not CondoCatch.

Limitation of Liability

CondoCatch is not a party to any transactions between the user and any of the Advertisers on its site.

The site materials Web Site Facilities and services are provided on an “as-is-basis” without warranty of any kind including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or title. CondoCatch does not represent or warrant that information, data or other materials on this site are accurate, complete, reliable or error free.

CondoCatch has no liability in contract or otherwise in respect of the price, terms, availability or otherwise of the condominiums or other services offered by an Advertisers. In the event that a dispute arises between the user and one or more of the advertisers, the user agrees that they will have no claim whatsoever against CondoCatch.

Choice Of Law

These Site Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario Canada. Any claim or controversy whatsoever arising out of these Site Terms of Use or arising out of the access to the Website Facilities, as against CondoCatch will be submitted exclusively to the Ontario Courts and the users hereby irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the Ontario Courts.
